Betty White Named AP Entertainer of the Year
Betty White, one of the “Golden Girls,” now 88, was named the AP Entertainer of the Year. The honor tops off a fantastic year for the comedic actor. She hosted “Saturday Night Live,” became really popular on Facebook, and appeared in an award-winning commercial for Snickers during the Super Bowl.
