BROOKE MUELLER, the American real estate investor and wife of CHARLIE SHEEN, will receive over $700,000, a 2009 Mercedes sports car and her $1 million share of the couple's home, once her divorce from the 'Two and a Half Men' star is finalized. Although the pair have been split from some time, Mueller only filed the final divorce papers at the Los Angeles Superior Court last week. Under California law, the pair should be divorced within six months. The couple wed in 2008 and their twins Bob and Max were born on 14th March 2009. According to court papers acquired by TMZ.com, Mueller will also receive $55,000 a month in child support, but the settlement states, "Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola". Sheen was admitted to hospital on 27th January 2011 after suffering from "severe abdominal pains". Reports later suggested these were caused by a weekend of partying and heavy drinking. The actor has since voluntarily entered a rehabilitation program and ceased work on his hit show 'Two and a Half Men'.
