Court Rules that Katherine Jackson can file lawsuit against Concert Promoter

Michael Jackson Adult Black Fedora HatA judge has ruled that Michael's mother, Katherine Jackson, pictured here, can move ahead with her lawsuit against concert promoter AEG Live regarding the death of her son. Katherine contends that AEG Live is responsible for the medical decisions of Dr. Conrad Murray.
