Denise Richards Offers to Care For Ex Charlie Sheen's Twins

Denise Richards says she has offered to take care of the 2-year-old twin sons of her ex-husband Charlie Sheen and his estranged wife Brooke Mueller.

Mueller, 33, has reportedly relapsed after battling substance abuse and is said to have begun a new round of treatment. Sheen, a 45-year-old actor who had recently been treated for addictions to drugs and alcohol himself, is currently on tour following his firing from the CBS comedy series "Two and a Half Men."

He recently lost a bid for sole custody of their children, Bob and Max.

In March, they were removed from his home, where he lives with two younger girlfriends, or "goddesses." Mueller filed a temporary restraining order against the actor, citing domestic violence and calling him "insane."

"I've put it out there several times over the past couple of years that if they need help, I'm here," Richards, 40, recently said on the Bravo cable network show "Watch What Happens Live." I would love the boys to stay and be with the girls. Whatever help they needed, I was definitely offering."
