'Just Friends' Star Amy Smart Engaged to HGTV's Carter Oosterhouse

AMY SMART 24x36 COLOR POSTER PRINTThe Just Friends actress has gotten engaged to HGTV’s Carter Oosterhouse.  “The proposal happened four days ago. Oosterhouse proposed to Amy in L.A.  It apparently was a very big surprise.
The stars met by chance at a green-charity event in November 2010.
