Baby Bingham is having his first moment in the spotlight.
Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy were able to shield newborn son Bingham from the paparazzi's cameras on Sunday while catching a flight out of LAX, but that didn't stop the proud papa from showing off his son on his own terms on Twitter on Sunday night.
"Family life!" Matt wrote, posting a photo of Kate and Bingham snuggling.
The couple's efforts to share their 5-week-old via Twitter appear to have not been enough for photographers anxious for more shots of their son.
"Wow, these paps are annoying. Thought we'd tweet pic in hope of paps backing off, didn't work!," Matt Tweeted Monday morning. "There should be laws protecting minors... Daily mail - expect to hear from lawyers soon."
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Kate gave birth to the couple's son on July 9.
Bing is Kate's second child. His older brother - Ryder, 7 - is Kate's son by now ex-husband Chris Robinson of the Black Crowes.
