Katherine Heigl introduces new adopted daughter

Grey’s Anatomy actress Katherine Heigl has finally decided to introduce her newly-adopted baby daughter Adalaide to the world.
Heigl, along with her husband Josh Kelly has kept Adalaide of the public eye since confirming her adoption in April, headed out for lunch in Beverly Hills on Wednesday with the newborn in tow.

The Daily adds that Heigl’s mother was also along to help out with the new addition.According to the UK’s Daily Mail, little Adalaide happily snoozed away as her mom toted her car seat in one hand while also balancing a large designer bag in the other.
Check out baby Adalaide Marie Hope in the photos below:

“My feeling about adoption is, Why not? There’s nothing about it that makes it any less meaningful of a relationship in my mind,” Heigl is quoted by Daily Mail as saying.
“My husband and I wanted to have a baby, and to us it didn’t matter how it happened. Adoption has been a part of my life and a part of my family, so it was how I wanted to start. It felt natural and right to me.”
Besides juggling the never-ending tasks that moms put up with on a daily basis, Katherine Heigl is also preparing for the release of her latest film, a comedy titled “The Wedding.”
Also starring Amanda Seyfried, Robert De Niro, Diane Keaton and Robin Williams, the movie, which tells the story of a divorced couple (De Niro and Keaton) who pretend they’re still married at their son’s wedding, is set to hit theaters October 19.
