Erin Andrews Wants the Judge to Throw The Book at Convicted Stalker

Erin Andrews is outraged that her convicted stalker, Michael David Barrett, will ask the court on Monday for probation after his creepy peeping tour of Erin's hotel rooms.
The "Dancing With the Stars" star told TMZ, "He is seeking the mercy of the court. He did not show me or any of the other victims any mercy."

Erin's lawyer, Marshall Grossman, was even stronger, saying, "I think it would be a travesty of justice for this man to walk free. It would be a license for others to engage in similar predatory activity."  Grossman goes on ... "It would send a terrible message to the other 16 women known to be victimized by him in the same manner."  Prosecutors are asking the judge to sentence Barrett to 27 months behind bars.

The sentencing hearing is set for Monday. Erin says she'll be in court and she'll ask the judge to throw the book at Barrett.

Dancing With The Stars Announces Who Will Compete This Season

Erin Andrews, of ESPN fame -- the woman who was spied on by creepy Peeping Tom Michael Barrett -- will be a contestant on the next "Dancing with the Stars."
Also, Chad Ochocinco will be competing, as well as former Astronaut Buzz Aldrin, Pam Anderson, Nicole Scherzinger "Bachelor" Jake Pavelka and Evan Lysacek.

UPDATE:  Kate Gosselin will practice her dance moves for "Dancing with the Stars" one flight below her brood -- in the basement.  And a source say "Dancing with the Stars" is footing the bill for the makeshift studio.  Kate's dancing partner, Tony Dovolani, will go to Kate's home for practice.  Kate told the "Dancing" folks, she's doing the show "because she's a single mom trying to make money."

Erin Andrews "Peeping Tom" Peeps More Female Stars

Erin Andrews wasn't the only woman targeted by her Peeping Tom -- the scumbag taped 16 other women and scoped out several more including celebrities, this according to new court documents.


It's all in papers filed yesterday in federal court in Los Angeles, by prosecutors hoping to convince a judge to lock up Michael David Barrett for 27 months as punishment for surreptitiously taping the ESPN correspondent in her hotel room and posting it on the Internet.


Prosecutors claim Barrett "victimized approximately 16 other women in almost precisely the same way he victimized" Andrews -- and posted at least 32 "hotel peephole videos" to the web.

The docs also state that Barrett ran Internet background searches on 30 women, including "other female sports reporters, as well as other television personalities."

In the docs, prosecutors claim Andrews wants $335,558.27 in restitution from Barrett -- citing that she now suffers from "substantial emotional distress."
