DWTS pros Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd seen together in Vegas

Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd are showing off their sizzling moves, this time on each other. The professional dancers from the ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" were seen getting hot and heavy over the weekend, complete with a steamy kiss!  Fresh off her mirror ball trophy win, Peta, 30, was in Las Vegas with Maksim, 32, over the weekend. During the day they hung out at the Encore Beach Club, where the swimsuit-wearing twosome openly cuddled in front of guests. Later, they took things up a notch when they went to the XS nightclub. Wearing a pink dress that was practically painted on, Peta made out with Maksim, who had his arms wrapped around her.Although they have denied that they are dating, People reports that Peta “had a crush” on her competitor for a long time. “It's early but I think this will last," a source told the magazine. "They’re a good match, a good couple. She says they’re not dating but they are. Everyone knows it.”

Brooke Burke's new last name

On tonight's “Dancing with the Stars” premier, Brooke Burke went by her new name, Brooke Charvet. The newlywed decided to change her last name to her husband’s. The 39-year-old, who has two kids with actor David Charvet, told People, "I'm happy about being Brooke Charvet."

Karina Smirnoff Reveals Dream Wedding Dress

Karina Smirnoff has revealed her "dream" wedding dress and says she can't wait to be a mother.

Karina Smirnoff, the professional dancer who is engaged to pro baseball player Brad Penny, has revealed her "dream" wedding dress, reports E! Online. The 33-year-old Smirnoff says she is currently busy planning her wedding, which she envisages will take place in January 2012 , saying, "It's a destination wedding. It's perfect. I think we found the perfect place but I can't reveal it just yet because it's like, we want to confirm it". When asked potential wedding dresses, Smirnoff said, "Big fairy-tale dress. I want that train to be as long as long Hollywood Boulevard because it's like, you only get to wear it once. I want it to be memorable. Like a princess". As for children, the 33-year-old says she wants children with Penny, but did not reveal any timescale, saying, "I can't wait to become a mom. I love kids. My manager has a beautiful boy who's my godson".
Karina Smirnoff was previously in a relationship with her Dancing With The Stars partner Mario Lopez but the pair split in 2008. She became engaged to dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy soon after, but they ended their relationship in September 2009.

Erin Andrews Wants the Judge to Throw The Book at Convicted Stalker

Erin Andrews is outraged that her convicted stalker, Michael David Barrett, will ask the court on Monday for probation after his creepy peeping tour of Erin's hotel rooms.
The "Dancing With the Stars" star told TMZ, "He is seeking the mercy of the court. He did not show me or any of the other victims any mercy."

Erin's lawyer, Marshall Grossman, was even stronger, saying, "I think it would be a travesty of justice for this man to walk free. It would be a license for others to engage in similar predatory activity."  Grossman goes on ... "It would send a terrible message to the other 16 women known to be victimized by him in the same manner."  Prosecutors are asking the judge to sentence Barrett to 27 months behind bars.

The sentencing hearing is set for Monday. Erin says she'll be in court and she'll ask the judge to throw the book at Barrett.

Home Addition of Dancing With the Stars at K. Gosslin's

In order to participate on "Dancing with the Stars," Kate Gosselin requires a lot of work to her house.

Workmen were spotted hauling construction supplies into the mother of eight's Pennsylvania home on Thursday, where they will build a dance floor in Kate's basement.

Kate Gosselin Busted for Speeding ... Again
Kate Gosselin was busted again for speeding.
Gosselin got a ticket on February 21 in Latimore Township, PA for going 73 mph in a 55 mph zone.  Kate pled guilty just five days later and paid a $155.50 fine.
Kate was busted for a similar infraction back in November 2009 and paid a $109.50 fine.

Dancing With The Stars Announces Who Will Compete This Season

Erin Andrews, of ESPN fame -- the woman who was spied on by creepy Peeping Tom Michael Barrett -- will be a contestant on the next "Dancing with the Stars."
Also, Chad Ochocinco will be competing, as well as former Astronaut Buzz Aldrin, Pam Anderson, Nicole Scherzinger "Bachelor" Jake Pavelka and Evan Lysacek.

UPDATE:  Kate Gosselin will practice her dance moves for "Dancing with the Stars" one flight below her brood -- in the basement.  And a source say "Dancing with the Stars" is footing the bill for the makeshift studio.  Kate's dancing partner, Tony Dovolani, will go to Kate's home for practice.  Kate told the "Dancing" folks, she's doing the show "because she's a single mom trying to make money."

NFL star Chad Ochocinco of the Cincinnati Bengal will be part of the cast of "Dancing with the Stars" this coming season.

Paula Abdul Will Not Be On "Dancing With The Stars"

Sources close to Paula said "American Idol" judge has decided against doing the show.

ABC offered Paula a $1,000,000 development deal if she agreed to do te show.

Paula is however still in talks with Simon Cowell about joining his upcoming "X Factor" show.

NFL Legend Lawrence Taylor Arrested

He was one of the fastest linebackers of all time ... but NFL Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor was arrested Sunday night after cops say he booked it from the scene of an accident.


Taylor, who recently competed on "Dancing with the Stars," was arrested in Dade County, Florida at 9:57 PM for "leaving scene of an accident/property damage."

Taylor was brought to a local police station, where he was booked, smiled for a mug shot, and was eventually released on $500 bond.

According to the booking sheet, Taylor -- who is a spokesman for Nutrisystem -- was listed at 253 pounds
